This contract should be used when you have a commercial client interested in an onsite verbal consultation by an inspector to aid the client in considering the property for a business purchase. Generally speaking, our attorneys do not favor any kind of oral consultations, but recognize that since it is a common practice with commercial clients, the inspector is better protected by having a written agreement such as this prior to the start of the inspection.
