A separate contract for this add-on service that specifically states what items are to be included in a pool & spa inspection. This new specialty contract will provided added protection and clarification for both the inspector and the client.

Includes "liquidated liability" clause. 2 page, 3 part NCR carbonless paper forms. (25 forms to a pack).
