LA West / South Bay (LAW) Chapter

The Los Angeles West / South Bay Chapter (LAW/SB) Home Inspector members serve Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and portions of Orange County, including the cities of Long Beach, San Pedro, Torrance, Carson, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Lakewood and surrounding communities.

Originally known as the Los Angeles Chapter, many of its members lived and worked on the Westside and the South Bay. With the growth of CREIA and the formation of additional CREIA chapters in the LA area, most of the Los Angeles Chapter members formed the LAW/SB Chapter to focus on the diverse housing stock ranging from beach bungalows to mega mansions.

The LAW/SB Chapter membership includes some of CREIA’s charter members and is committed to providing chapter members with quality education and giving help and encouragement to advance Associate members to Certified CREIA Inspectors and advance Certified CREIA Inspectors (CCI) to the upper level CREIA New Construction Specialist (CNCS), Master CREIA Inspector (MCI) status

The LAW/SB meets monthly in Los Angeles with a guest speaker on a topic related to home inspections. CREIA Members, Associate, ASHI Members, Other Home Inspector organization members and the public are always welcome.
