Welcome to the Palm Springs Chapter of CREIA!

The Palm Springs Chapter was established in 2000. Palm Springs with its near perfect record of sunshine throughout the years makes it a perfect vacation spot for golf, fine dining, gambling and spas. Members of the Palm Springs Chapter of CREIA provide inspection services to Palm Springs and all of the surrounding Coachella Valley communities. For thousands of years, the Coachella Valley was home to the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. During the winter months, they established their village around the natural hot mineral springs. In 1877, the Southern Pacific Railroad completed its line through the desert to the Pacific Ocean. The railroad brought in settlers. In 1884, Judge John Guthrie McCallum of San Francisco and his family became the first non-Indians to settle here. By the 1930s the Hollywood crowd found Palm Springs and it was the start of the growth of the town. Since then, Palm Springs has become known as "The Playground of the Stars.

With CREIA’s presence in the Palm Springs-Coachella Valley-Riverside-San Bernardino metro areas we are able to provide a pool of the most qualified certified home inspectors that meet CREIA’s high standards to home buyers, home sellers and real estate professionals. The Palm Springs Chapter of CREIA holds monthly meetings to help provide educational opportunities for their members to keep abreast of the ever-changing inspection industry.

The Palm Springs Chapter currently meets on the third Thursday of each month.

Pre-Meeting starts at 5pm. Education starts at 6pm
